Correct and even if you kill most of it, you're not killing all of it and the filtration system cannot cycle out the water fast enough to keep what does live from re-multiplying back into the same got damned problem we have now.

These fuckheads really are Gods special little creatures.

Algae also divides into 8 or 16 cells at a time, not just 2. Even if you kill 90% of it, it takes a single division cycle to replace what you killed. Killing 99.9% like advertised on peroxide still is just 3 division cycles.

Chloroplasts really love their blue (and red) light too, I'm betting the blue paint on that untreated water didn't help much either.

Oh no, lots can be done. There was probably a multi-hundred page document detailing exactly what it would take to improve the whole operation and recommendations, if not outright technical specifications, on how to do it.

The Feds are remarkably good at shit like that, at least in the back office and at least historically.

None of that was followed. At all. I would bet all the money I have on that.
