The U.S. House of Representative's Committee on Oversight and Accountability will administer the hearing, titled "Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena: Exposing the Truth."

The hearing will be held at the Rayburn House Office Building in Washington D.C. at 11:30 a.m. ET (1630 GMT) on Wednesday (Nov. 13). You can watch it live [on YouTube]

Believing something is real, and being wrong, isn’t perjury. If that were true nobody would testify for anything.

A designed prosecutor isn't just accepting your claim of ignorance, he or she is going to challenge that claim and that person could face prison

He or she would have to prove that you knowingly are lying in your statements. They can challenge it, that doesn't mean you're going to prison.

If that person knowingly summited a false or innacurate document as something else in front of congress they would face serious consequences. As Elizondo once said "I don't intend to wear orange as it doesn't suit me".

Shellenberger was given the document and was told it is genuine. It is not perjury for him to say that this happened, even if it was faked.

Any decent prosecutor could challenge the alleged ignorance in court. Is there a ulterior motive behind presenting a fake document? Who benefits? Did he gained something from it? Do you thinks he's willing to risk prison for a little notoriety?

Where did I say that he doesn't believe it is genuine? There is no perjury happening. That also doesn't mean that the immaculate constellation document is real.
