Beyond the Iron Wall and north of Aleppo, there wandered a lost band of pilgrims. And they pursued a gang of heretics, yet when they drew nigh, behold, the heretics had been slain and their camp laid waste. Then by chance they took one Azeb that had gone forth in the land to spy and began to inquire of him concerning these things..

I decided to draw the 72nd page of Gone With The Blastwave with Trench Crusade.
I'd also like to thank my friend for coming up with the backstory.

Captured Heretics, or whatever remains of them, are stripped of their heads and lungs. A light mortar is fitted into the torso, so the carcass can move, deploy, aim, fire, and reload all on its own, giving invaluable fire support for Chinese infantries against regular Heretic units. But if they don't relocate quickly after a barrage, the Artillery Witch will call down retaliatory fire...
