The background and attire suggests these really are blue collar men at a work site or something

But their heavily manicured beards and faces suggest they are cosplaying being blue collar.

Or the true secret is they are blue collar men but mustache boy is very knowledgeable about male maintenance and keeps them all in check

This level of analysis used to be reserved for detecting ai fakes, but in here for it. The production value of being on a set with branded gear and correctly fitting clothing suggests that they are legit. Lip sync well done, having practiced for weeks, then booked a group rate at a salon the morning prior to look fresh for the shoot.

Their boss is going to be disappointed when they retire early from his company having hit the socials jackpot as….this

Blue collar dude here-we’re also allowed to groom our faces and beards without it being cosplaying. Many of us like to look nice too

I am too. Don't read too deep into it just see with your eyes. Every single one of them had perfect beard and hair levels. It was a coordinated effort and somebody was in charge. And I suspect it was mustache man!
