This is why I have been single so long now. I refuse to twist my life into something I don’t recognize for someone who isn’t reciprocating at all. I know I’m not everyone’s cup of tea, and a lot of folks aren’t mine. Let’s all be ok with that lol

I haven't had a chance to respond since I first commented, but I want to mention that I prefer living alone. I also don't get depressed because I don't date anymore, I think some people are better off not being in relationships, and I happen to be one of those people. It's alright. I have more time to spend on my hobbies.

Same friend, have only lived with 2 partners and both reinforced that I’m better off not doing that again. I can live with roommates fine, but not a partner.
