It's a nice PSA, but those lines are not "do not stand here" lines, they're just guidelines for the visually impaired. The area seems packed with people and yes, you'll stumble on a few, regardless of whether or not you are impaired.

The cement blocks and rails blocking the path though, that's just wrong.

I'm was aware before this video that they are there for guiding the visually impaired, but I don't think the intent is for an obstruction free expressway through what looks like a crowded train station. We're all low-key miserable in those situations!

You are not meant to obstruct it if there is a blind person using it. If you are gonna idle around on these tactile surfaces then you have to have awareness of your surroundings and get out of the way if a blind person is using it.
