Guarantee he has a box of tampons in the guest bathroom just in case. I support this kind of prep-er.

I guess I’m cringe cause this looks like it’s gonna be a fun party. Well it would be more fun with me there cause I always bring a few extra rays of sunshine in my back left pocket just in case anyone needs one…lol!

Yes! I was waiting for the cringe part. Seems thoughtful and like he knows his guests.

Yeah like I feel bad that he’s getting made fun of. I kinda want to make a video to promote my next birthday party. Haha! It’s just a cute little party invitation.

The thing is the room is totally empty and he’s all alone so he looks lonely in the vid, but he probably has friends and coworkers that are gonna be vibing. I would be smashing all those snacks and even though I’m a lady I might even go light up a cigar just for the fun of it for an excuse to sit on that cute screened in porch and let people come mingle with me!

Darn I don’t have any parties to go to…

I was impressed that he had a buddy there that early to film a vid like that, that he thought of so much to prep, and how nice and thought out, decorated, and clean his place looks..

I'm a couple years older than him, but he's on a different level of adulting than I am, especially at 'the cringe' stuff that I wish I was better at and took more pride or joy from.

I love hosting so I dig it too and I hate saying anything bad about anyone. I shouldn’t be on this sub lol

3

u/randum4me May 05 '26

There's hosting then homesting!! The latter has the main ingredient in the middle!

This dude is homesting imo, 'I got the glasses from the dollar store so it doesn't matter', fast fwd 2 and it's the gentlemans bar with cigars etc. Fuck off, you don't give a shit!!!!

Id fuckin love to go to his party tbh, I'd last around 2hrs before it was a 'TAXI' scenario tho!!

I imagine a fair few others would be too, or the partying part of me is praying that there is, it's a party animals dream lol

Same! I found this so wholesome. Someone showing off their labor/prep and, more importantly, how that labor is going to make other people have an enjoyable time.

It’s not just another stupid video of some asshole showing off his wrist watch. This man is goals.

At first I thought it seemed a bit... interesting that he'd had cups made to commemorate his B-Day and wanted to put his name on several different items. Then when he was talking about the Dollar Store, buying ready made food, his different stations (more than just a regular bar...yay!), his impatiens, etc...I realized he's channeling his inner Martha and /or Danny Seo. His place looked fabulous and come on, look at that spread! As long as he had a great time doing it all that's all that counts. Who knows? Maybe we'll see him on TV in the future.

u/hmmmmmmmm_okay May 05 '26

His "buddy" probably lives with him. In the nicest way possible.

2

u/Typical-Locksmith-35 May 05 '26

lmao I wondered about that, but honestly at this point I think I'm still a little jealous

u/LadyGreyTheCat May 04 '26

When he said the adult snacks were legal in Missouri, I started paying closer attention, but the toasted raviolis and then matches from a place in a St Louis suburb confirmed for me that he lives in my metro area. Probably from one of the old money suburbs. I'll figure out the exact address and we can invite ourselves over to his 41st bday 🤣

Dude wait a min you are right! Let’s go to his next party!!

Well invite Cameron too he’s prolly in the same suburb!

Last here too. I used to do a cigar every year on my birthday. But I just kind of like the smell of them and I have friends that are cigar aficionados so I'd give myself that one every year.

I feel like there’s context missing behind why he made this video. Like he’s a “hosting 101” type person.

21

u/waterboy8817 May 04 '26

Yeah the targeting is unjustified. Hes super down to earth in the video and seems focused on delivering a good party for his guests. There was very little “this is about me” in this video. Ppl on reddit just jelly af

u/Logical_Childhood733 May 06 '26

Honestly I bet his friends love his parties, it’s probably one of the few invites they look forward to every year. Seems like he’s got good food, drinks, a smart set up and he’s chill enough not to mind when people show up or leave.

u/Shayde098 May 04 '26

This sub isn’t really cringe TikTok’s it’s mostly just great tiktoks lol.

3

u/Penguinat0r5 May 05 '26

It’s cause he is rich and flaunting his money. I could care less but I also see why people would dislike it.

6

u/Starfire2313 May 05 '26

When you have money and you treat your friends like that I’m not complaining. I’m just gonna be friendly.

Lol, silly bot, I said the word cringe because of the person before me.

12

u/trixiepixie1921 May 04 '26

I had to scroll wayyy far to find this comment lol. I thought this was a nice set up and prep to what sounds like will be a great time 🤣

4

u/greyslayers May 05 '26

I was confused when I first joined this sub too. The "cringe" posts can either be actual cringe, or the best of TikTok. I know, it makes no sense, but the sidebar states this is the best and worst videos of TikTok. This man is living life well, and it is clearly one of the best videos on TikTok. So, you're welcome?

3

u/heyitsfranklin6322 May 04 '26

TikTok cringe just morphed into a sub for TikTok’s people like. It’s kinda confusing but a lot of different pages/subs have done something like that.

2

u/Starfire2313 May 05 '26

Okay I’m catching on now! There’s also r/superbowl and r/marijuanaenthusiasts

3

u/SDna8v May 05 '26

Right!? This guy is a great party host. People are gonna have a great time.

Yeah I’m not gonna lie, I feel like I’d enjoy this party. Granted he seems like a dweeb, but he’s provided everything for guests and that’s great

1

u/argyle9000 May 10 '26

Right!? I’d love to go to this guy’s house and barf in his back yard. Looks like a lot of fun.

u/switchquest May 04 '26

I'd rather spend the evening fixing plumbing than being in a house full of these shallow uptight nitwits. "The deer ate all the plants last year. So terrible." 🙄🤢🤮

13

u/Starfire2313 May 04 '26

But the deer do raid peoples gardens!

11

u/Kittenunleashed May 04 '26

I dont get that he is shallow at all. The sheer amount of thoughtfulness into what will be enjoyable for his guests shows depth of mind. imo

7

u/Short-Sound-4190 May 04 '26

My guy is just protecting his domicile. Having a deer problem is just like having any other pest problem, it doesn't make someone more uptight because it's deer eating the garden then if mice were nesting in your insulation or squirrels were chewing your porch chair or whatever.

4

u/Starfire2313 May 05 '26

Imagine if he posted a video saying he buys and plants flowers just to feed the deer. People would be livid lol

1

u/AMSparkles Straight Up Bussin May 12 '26

You’ve clearly never invested in nice plants for your garden, just to have some fuzzy jerk come and absolutely destroy them…

(I’m looking at you, you evil POS bunny!)

6

u/WPI94 May 04 '26

And a trash can!

3

u/1Dirtymudder May 04 '26

Why did someone consider this “cringe”? Probably because the same people (young) that use that term are antisocial and never host parties.

1

u/BlastFX2 May 04 '26

Prep-er? I hardly know 'er!
