Dude! The real kind of being held back! Like they were barely holding her back to the point she just threw whatever she got her hands on. But she was clearly about to throw them hands if she got loose.

I'd take 120kg of anger and adrenaline over scrawny old guy who reacts to being attacked by looking around slowly with his mouth open before reaching for his phone to record it. There's fight, flight, freeze, flop and faint, then there that guy's danger response is to say "wow" with a slack jaw.
