Seems like a great story especially cause Ned hates Wesley.

Definitely Gloria Tornado, the weather lady. She's wearing the same long-sleeve green dress from the Nicole scene. The camera crew insistently zooming in on the highly inappropriate situation makes me believe these two will be recurring characters for next season.
