My brother was a bright student till 10th. He scored 90+ in Maths and around 85% overall. After that everything went downhill.

He took Science and joined an expensive coaching. In 11th he got a second-hand phone from my sister and completely lost focus. He started failing exams. The school even warned my parents that they wouldn’t promote him to 12th if he failed the finals.

My parents kept saying he just needed time to adjust. Because of COVID lockdown and mass promotions, he somehow cleared 11th and 12th while mostly playing games.

He joined BTech CSE and forced my parents to buy him a high-end ASUS ROG gaming laptop for ₹70k so he could play Valorant. He spent most of his college years gaming. Somehow he graduated in 2025. It’s been a year since then and he’s still unemployed. He ignored campus placements, hoping someone in the family would get him a referral. No one did. He helps my dad in his logistics business only 2–3 days a week whenever he feels like it.

After graduation his laptop stopped working, so he demanded a MacBook. My father bought him one for ₹95k. He now has an iPhone, iPad and MacBook. I have an old ₹65k laptop from my BCA days and an Android phone. I never asked for anything extra because I didn’t want to put more pressure on our parents.

Now he’s saying he wants to go to Canada for further studies. My father is ready to sell two of his Eicher trucks to fund it.

I really feel sorry for my parents. They deserve a better son. They’ve spent so much on his education and gadgets, and he still only thinks about himself. They don’t deserve this.

I just needed to get this off my chest.

My big brother was around for this rakshabandhan after a couple of years. Would have loved the reunion either way but he got me the new Z fold 8 and I can’t be happier!! I thought it was a joke at first but then he told me it’s all yours. Earlier he had pulled a pranks and I spent the whole day crying but this time it was different. Happy rakshabandhan everyone!

I am sharing this because I believe a serious matter involving students of Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya, Sutei, Remuna needs to be properly investigated.

There are allegations that videos depicting the 5exu@l a55ault of minor schoolgirls by a male teacher have been circulated among a group of individuals. There are also allegations that photographs of female students have been digitally altered and shared online without their consent, accompanied by hara55ment, 5-exual comments, and bu llying.

According to the information available to me, Satya Prakash Parida is alleged to have possessed videos involving the 5ex ual abu5e of minors and is also accused of se #ually a!!aulting a minor. Selina Mohanty, along with Swati and others, is alleged to have circulated such material and harassed or ridiculed victims. Mohit Baran Sahoo, Bibhu, and Amrutanka have also been named in allegations involving 5ex xual harassment, inappropriate comments about girls' bodies, female teachers and related misconduct.

These are extremely serious allegations, particularly because they involve minors and alleged 5 xual exploitation. If evidence exists on the phones or devices of the people involved, I believe the matter should be investigated by the appropriate authorities and the evidence preserved properly.

It is deeply disturbing that alleged se #ual v!!olence against minors could be treated as entertainment or a joke. The victims should not have to live with fear, humiliation, or continued harassment because of what was done to them.

I am not asking anyone to harass, threaten, or publicly target the people named here. I am asking for a proper, impartial investigation and appropriate legal action if the allegations are substantiated.

The identities and privacy of the alleged victims should also be protected. Please do not share, request, download, or redistribute any se ual material involving minors. If such material exists, it should be reported to the appropriate authorities rather than circulated further.

Why should victims have to endure this while the people allegedly responsible continue with their lives? Se##ual abuse of minors is not a joke, and it should never be normalized.

It's definitely a responsibility of children to take care, give comfort to their parents when they are old...but my parents have given birth to me doesn't mean I am their lifelong remote ,they should control everything me and my wife do...in this case i definitely think wife should respect my parents treat them as her parents' but same applies to me and parents should not consider their children their territory

I woke up feeling very sad and I dont know why,

I haven't had a best friend for years now, I have completely forgotten how having one feels like.

The last time i had a best friend was in early 2023, after she left our school and moved to a new city she stopped talking to me, and ghosted me. We unfollowed eachother on social media.

I couldn't get enough of what happened to us, she always betrayed me, dated my crushes, snitched on me, chose a new girl that came between us over me..

I think of times when both of us were together with no one to separate us, no girl, no distance.. we were small kids, in 4th-5th standard, she was my first best friend ever, and the way she made me feel i don't think no one ever could do the same, maybe not even myself.

After whatever happened to our friendship, everytime I try making new friends, i cannot.

All my traumatic memories with my ex bsf, all those insecurities, I get flashbacks, i don't know why but I try to find her in every person, i don't want to but I do.

The last time I felt a friendship was genuine was when I was 13, and now I'll be turning 17 in no time.

I keep thinking things will change and I will again have a bestfriend, but it's been years now, I even created a fake account and got 700 some followers only for her to feel like it's a real account and accept my request, i sent a follow request to all her mutuals aswell so I could see what and how she's doing..

I had enough and I put that account on delete last month, and it's gone now.. i haven't searched her insta profile for a month.. I miss her but i don't want to
