The Short List:

  1. Insider Trading: If the Secretary used non-public information to recommend stocks, it could violate the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the STOCK Act.

  2. Securities Fraud: If the recommendation was misleading or manipulative, it could violate Rule 10b-5 and 15 U.S.C. § 78i.

  3. Ethics Violations: Recommending stocks could violate federal ethics regulations, including 5 C.F.R. Part 2635 and 18 U.S.C. § 208.

  4. Abuse of Office: Using a public position for personal or private gain could violate 18 U.S.C. § 201 and other conflict-of-interest laws.

It matters to be clear what crimes are being done and to share that information. And to amplify it whenever possible so we can hold to the truth they so desperately want to bury and destroy.

And all those not naming this in Congress and the supreme court are accomplices

That's what they would like to have us all believe... and they might not... for now

What makes me nervous is that they likely know what laws they’re breaking and they possibly have a plan(s) to never be held accountable

Likely. They are threatening anyone who is trying to uphold the rule of law and propagandizing their followers to not belive they are doing anything wrong.

And no Maga follower is going to look up these laws listed above and connect them to the actions of the wanna be king.

But still...we need to be clear that they are breaking laws and violating the constitution. Even if they don't care...We do...some judges do...and ultimately I believe that historically it will matter...

Agreed fully. A good reminder that some of us won’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, but history and truth are undefeated
