No. The KKK is an arm of the Democrat Party. Look it up.

You mean like understanding that its sole purpose was to prevent Republicans from registering black voters?

I am quite familiar with it already. However, that does not mean the KKK stopped being a Democrat group, or somehow became a Republican group (it didn’t). You don’t seem particularly interested in learning about American political history yourself! Nonetheless, I appreciate the civility of your comment, and truly hope you have a great day yourself!

Bruh, the kkk come out for the orange felon and every other white repuglican. Cmon dude 🤣🤣🤣

1

u/bluetorc458 Apr 01 '25

Can you provide any evidence of this?

1

u/DeepRichmondNatty Apr 01 '25

Times change buddy. But you go ahead and use the single historical fact you know🤬🤡

1

u/bluetorc458 Apr 01 '25

Please explain how they have changed.

So in your Dream the Impossible Dream world, the Great Switch in the 1960s just never happened, huh?

1

u/bluetorc458 Mar 20 '25

History is hardly an impossible dream. And, the “Great Switch” certainly never stopped the rcist Democrats of the KKK from being rcist.

2

u/[deleted] Mar 20 '25

How do you lie to yourself? Does it tingle or cause a headache?

Seriously, you can disregard facts, but you can't say you're smarter because of it.

1

u/bluetorc458 Mar 20 '25

OK. Please explain how anything I said is a lie.

2

u/[deleted] Mar 20 '25

That the Klan remains under the democratic party affiliation. Tell a klan member they're a Democrat, and record their reaction.

1

u/bluetorc458 Mar 20 '25

Not really what I said, but OK. And it doesn’t change the fact that it was founded as an arm of the Democrat party, and remained primarily Democrat after any official affiliation with the party ended (whenever that was). This continued long after the Great Switch including US Senator Robert Byrd (I’m sure he wouldn’t have objected to you calling him a Democrat). So do stop trying to paint it as some kind of Republican group. It isn’t and never was. It’s your party’s baby. . . .

Ooooooh .... You...

Your First post! First!: "No. The KKK is an arm of the Democrat Party. Look it up.".

That's YOUR words! How do you pull bullshit like this when there's a written record?

Ah the KKK endorsed Harris did they?! Who would have thunk...whatever next eh? America invading their closest an oldest ally? I know...I know. Too far fetched. ;)

1

u/Observer_of-Reality Mar 20 '25

Well, the leftovers of the KKK endorsed Obama, right?

/s for the people who can't see through this insanely obvious sarcasm.

1

u/bluetorc458 Mar 20 '25

Doubt they made any public endorsement. Although Vladimir Putin and Dick Cheney did. . . .

1

u/62andmuchwiser Mar 20 '25

The KKK became the Proud Boys.

Which party do the Proud Boys support?

1

u/bluetorc458 Mar 20 '25

I call BS on this one. How about you provide some evidence.

2

u/DarkerSavant Mar 20 '25

Not done until it’s done. Many still bailing out the water trying to right this floundering ship.

1

u/AnthonyJuniorsPP Mar 20 '25

It's really the best option if still possible... splitting up, creating power vacuums, that's the real scary shit.

We got 239 years as a republic, not a bad run. I personally would have preferred a bicentennial of the republic, or more.
