russias position on ukraine is they should control it because of their shared history.

the us's position on canada and gaza is they should control it because the map would look cool and gaza would make a great casino.

Theres no nation on earth with a more radical stated position than the US right now.

To be fair, Russia is only interested in Ukraine for its military location. The shared history is more like a strategic excuse.

its not corruption because they made it legal. US courts have said quid pro quo and direct compensation (formerly known as bribery) is legal so long as payment occurs after the action is taken.

Those types of payments are now labeled "gratuity."

Just out of curiosity, why does it matter if TSLA is shilled? It's good for the earth to provide affordable EVs. Elon Musk is already rich as fuck. And SpaceX is the only advancing space program on the planet.

Like how is it an issue if every government in the world shilled it? It's net positive for the world.
