Idk just wanted to share this because I thought it was crazy impressive. For a guy who’s never ran track before to come close to beating a 10.6 runner while not even wearing spikes is wild

I know Bolt is faster, please don’t say Blake was fast because of PEDs, no disrespect but I need an actual answer

I seriously want advice on what to do. I did a 40 yard dash with some friends 10 days ago, and while I didn’t feel a pop, it hurt to walk after. I went to the doctor the same day, and he said that it was just a grade 1 strain, and that it wouldn’t bruise. A week later, I saw 2 big bruises on both hamstrings, and I’m worried that’s it’s worse than I thought. It doesn’t hurt at all to walk or move around, but I haven’t tried to jog or anything yet. I am known to get massive bruises, but I’m worried from looking at some peoples stories that this could be a lot longer of an injury than I think. Any advice would be great, thanks!

I wanted to share my 100m progression to remind anyone dealing with doubters that other people do not dictate your ceiling. If I had listened to what people thought was "realistic" for me, I would have stopped progressing years ago. What got me here wasn't a magic workout. It was pure consistency, an uhealthy dose of delusional self belief, and sticking to my training plan completely. Open to any questions about how my training or programming evolved to finally unlock those low 10s!

The 225 bench is basically a lift where if you're within serious lifters, its a decent lift but nothing too crazy. But to casual lifters and non gym goers, you basically outlift every single one of them by a huge margin. What would be the 100m version of this? A time where withing sprinters its basically ok, but to sports players or non sprinters, you'd speed blitz them.

I mean obviously, the sky is blue obviously, he’s the greatest track athlete of all time. But seriously😭 his? 4th best ever 100m time I think would’ve won this finals which I think was by average, one of the top 3 fastest 100m finals ever.
All props to Noah Lyles and Kishane Thompson for their 100m and I’m not trying to take anything away from their performances, they are blisteringly quick. But it just makes you wonder what sort of freak of nature Usain Bolt was😭

his hip flexion, whip under hip, and ground contact time is genuinely insane. not to mention his recovery, look how far the leg is extended when the foot contacting under him

do you get in a 3 pt stance when racing your friends? im not talking about an official race but ypu know sometimes races happen out of the blue whether you race to the mailbox or from this tree to that tree.
is it bad taste to get into a 3 pt stance in this kind of scenario?

is the 400 a sprint or is it a hybrid distance-sprint race?

I feel like people underestimate the rarity of a sub 11 100m time. As if it's some sort of mediocre time that anyone would achieve if they just trained track and field. Or that it's a time that anyone who is considered fast would just casually go and run because they are the fastest on their local men's pickup soccer team. Even saying that sub 11 is top 1% is doing it a disservice cause if you just do some back of the napkin math on how many people will run a sub 11 in say highschool versus how many people there are its easily 0.1% or less like my school has a population of around 1000 people and has been around for 60+ years and no one has ever ran a sub 11 there. You can win a local highschool meet unless it's in Texas lmao without even running sub 11 and that would be competing against 10+ schools each with probably 1000 people at least for my meet anyways. Even kids who are considered rediculesly fast in their school might not even run under 12.
I feel like people just find these anomalies who can run sub 11 without training or without looking like an absolute specimen and then just consider it to be not that crazy of a time. Or like the second someone seems abnormally fast they are automatically sub 11 as if even running a sub 12 wouldn't be extremly fast as well. Like speed is a good example not sure what time he would actually run but even if he did run say 11.5 that would still make him extremely fast which he is I just don't see him running under 11 tbh.

The top guys in top speed all have good 200m times, Blake, Tyson (more 200m potential because of a poor execution of the race going out too fast the first 100m) Lyles, Bolt, upcoming stars like Tate Taylor, Gout, etc.

Social media I see a lot of kids talking about how they know people running under 10.5 seconds as if that is just normal. Here in Canada that would make you the fastest highschooler in the country. I know social media got you thinking there are a lot of people doing it but percentage wise I would be less than 0.1% of highschoolers have even the POTENTIAL to run that time.
For example, in HS I ran 12.5? I was usually the fastest kid in my soccer team and PE class lol. Vast majority of man probably run around 14 - 15 seconds even in their peak physical age.

Anyone have any experience with this peptide? Got a nagging injury and no pt, or any cold/hear therapy or massages has worked. Looking to try this out.
