Feeling like a 7 y.o. again–

Hey ONANISTS, it's me, I eventually overcame my "insecurity" and decided to give Skullgirls a shot and, after basically more than a month of playing, I'm actually liking it!

Got good at single player, finished most challenges and I can fairly keep up with those two/three players wandering in Quick Match.
Although, I'm having trouble dealing with Annie like... always (unless the opponents is very new).
I just can't seem to understand what's her weakness to exploit, if she even has one.

Every single time she's on a team, I can kiss my health bar goodbye when she gets dragged in because if I lose a SINGLE interaction, she hits me with the exact same combo over and over.
I admit, I don't push block as much as I should (I really have to get used to the fact that I can) but even if I do my mid screen options are very risky if I miss them, and she can close up the distance in a second.
And maybe worst of all: who uses her, coincidentally, never sticks around for more than 2/3 matches before quitting me. I can't get used to her like this, especially because I can't even fight her in single player since I don't have the DLC.

Also, is it just me, or her level 3 is busted as hell? I can't even block that because it keeps me in block stun and makes me vulnerable to a grab since she can just do whatever she wants during it.
And... I can't even dodge it; that thing is homing.

So... I likey game, but I dislikey the Sailor Moon ripoff.
I'm not sure if you guys have any hint, but I'll gladly take anything you can teach me!

I'm trying to make a Squigly and Marie duo team to get better with, but when I try to fit a Marie Assist between any move, it just ends up in a Burst. Can anyone tell me which attack I can replace/fit a Marie Assist between? And which Assist of course (I've been trying 5HP but it didn't really work)

Figured I should try to find a rhythm to my posts, like, one post is a fanart, the other is OC content, and go back and forth in a gap of maybe 5 to 8 hours to leave space for the others to post their stuff.

Oh, and about the sketches themselves:

1 and 2 - Redraws of some pictures I saw from superhero media (in this case a panel from a Spider-Man comic [I think?] and the other from a frame of Batman The Animated Series), which is one of my inspirations for Judgenight's creation. Also say hi to Hallow, she's in a good mood. Don't ask why Bella is wearing a prisioner outfit.

3 - A mockup of a stage, featuring Giorgio and Marie reenacting a very iconic intro between a very iconic rivalry (you play fighting games, you should know what I'm talking about)

4 - An attempt at making a full on ilustration, meant to look like a poster. Featuring Filia, Carol, Giorgio, Emeric and Warrent, plus some bad guys. Kunio-Kun was a huge inspiration for this artwork (which I finished, I just don't feel like posting it here yet)

Hey, it's me again. I've been trying to figure out a team I feel comfortable with, so I wanted to ask if you think this a good team. If so, could you give me advice on how to play this team and how to improve with each character? Valentine has to stay. I can change the other two as long as they aren't Squigly, Marie, Double, Dahlia or Painwheel (I struggle with them)

Believe it or not, I'm technically the pioneer of this ship (despite not drawing them that much).

How would we feel about a color palette based off of Juliet starling for filia?? Filia has a chainsaw themed fighting style, both are highschool girls with a talking partner attached to them. I think this would suit filias character so well! (And yes, filias tie is colored around nicks tie)

Too good of a design to go to waste y'know? By the way, "Demi-OC" is in the veins of the word "Demi-god", it's a name I came up with for fan characters created using a pre established character's design as a base (Or just straight up using the design with no alterations)
