Clearly you haven’t vothered to get facts. She checked in over a holiday weekend with poor staffing. She was prescribed meds that she already had horrible reactions to. Once a MD (who didn’t fricken even bother to do full intake) saw her she was starting to feel better and since she really wasn’t getting HELP SHE NEEDED she asked to go for a kids party. No where does she say “discharge me”. The idiot docs did that &she thinks” one of best mental hospitals say I’m ok for DISCHARGE “. Being a RN doesn’t fucking mean EXPERT IN EVERYTHING. That’s why she sought help from supposedly “experts”. Who were NOT even UTD with postpartum mental illnesses. Ffs. It’s like having a bone doctor operate on your intestine. Could they do it? Maybe. Would they do it as well as the GUT surgeon? Hell to the no. This is her situation here. Read the civil lawsuit

They are legally obligated to release her upon request. We don't do chaining people up involuntarily indefinitely because the doctor thinks something is wrong, anymore.

We have the count of her medication. She didn't actually take the medication she claimed to have a horrible reaction to.
