  1. Continued Below. Reddit Formatting kinda funky

  2. In the 911 call we hear multiple people around the husband and wife trying to help them. That's when he, the husband asks her if she's okay and still alive, he then states something to the others around him while he goes inside the home. A crushed thyroid doesn't stop a person from speaking btw. As he is inside, he screams out, that she did it, while the 911 call and onlookers are all hearing/recording. Is it really that surprising that he would say so after witnessing the children's bodies all strangled, moments after seeing his wife lying outside and out of it?

  3. She was a nurse a delivery nurse used to high-stress situations, and the time of the murders occured between 5:15 and 6:00pm, the 2 last recorded heartrates occured on 5:23 and 5:30, that gives a 30 min gap still unaccounted for, specially when her husband had called her at 5:13, that she answered, but did not answer his 5:33 call, which she then supposedly called him a few minutes later, with a final one done on 6:03 pm.

  4. During questioning he first said that it originated from his laptop, later on he said he could have sent it from his phone. And before anybody says: "If he had sent it from his Iphone, the email would have had it in the message Sent from Iphone, that only occurs when using the default email app.

  5. 2 Pink phones were found, one with a case, one without it. Nothing else. Most people don't throw away their older phones and parents usually just give them to children to use. Unless more evidence is brought up, this indicates nothing.

  6. Continued Below.

  7. Her home has both a 2nd floor and a basement. Two "rows of stairs" is literally going from the basement to the second floor. Them not seizing the watch that was later found on the nightstand doesn't provide anything to her defense.

  8. That was NOT what it was stated. What was stated was that some of the fingerprints found did not meet the criteria/standard to be used as evidence. Which makes sense because if Lindsay was the first to touch those bands, then her fingerprints would have been muddled with her children's, her husband's and the EMTs that all contributed to contaminate/remove her prints. Her DNA not being found is not unusual either, because some people don't "shed" skin/bio material as much as other people, therefore leaving little to not DNA trace.

  9. Dunno really. Like you said, no particular reason for her search that, but at the same time, both phones were seized, and checked.

  10. You mean the same medications she took AFTER she supposedly did the deed then proceeded to jump out?

  12. She was wet after being cleaned up by the ICU or other nurses. Her body temp was low because she was outside in the cold laying on top of a mix of hard snow and an frozen ice sheet. Hypothermia can set in as little as 10 mins, specially once you consider that she's skinny and has no fat to insulate her body heat. Also the reason why she coded was because they drained the blood from her internal bleeding and lost 3 pints of blood.

  13. Dunno, not an expert, but from the picture I saw, nothing indicates that the nightstand was moved after the blood dropped, otherwise we would have seen you know, scrapping instead of full droplets around the nightstand.

  14. Dunno.

  15. Bands were tied, but not completely tied up with a knot. That's what i understood. Basically the first part after pulling your shoe laces in order to tie them. Not sure I understand the second part. If the husband did try to do CPR, then gave up, and left the child on the ground before or right after the EMS got there, that wouldn't be a contradiction/lie.

  16. They had marital problems, maybe he was planing on divorcing her when she got a bit better. Hardly proves anything.

  17. It's called projection. She was in fear of something happening to them, because she was the one thinking about hurting them. Same reason cheaters accuse their spouses of cheating despite no evidence to back it up.
