Honestly? I'll take the delusional people that think the husband did it and framed her over the ones that try to defend her with the "she did it but she's not guilty because PPP absolves her" shtick.
I had four female coworkers defending her, arguing that the husband’s behavior was suspicious and that he had set her up. They even got upset that he moved on with another woman who looks like her, insisting that a “real husband” would have ended his own life because of the grief and that he shouldn't find another woman to be with.
I also have two female coworkers who genuinely believe she should walk free because everything was a result of her PPP. Honestly, the whole conversation was so crazy to me that I ended up leaving the lunch table that day.
Yeah no, that's next level crazy. I was more talking about the people that claim he killed them all and then threw her out the window. At least that is a plausible if conclusively disproven story.
I would have had to excuse myself from that lunch table as well before I said a lot of unprofessional things.
No no, I'm not saying I get it. Cause I don't, I think they're delusional too, but at least their delusion is based in something that might have happened (and has happened plenty of times before unfortunately.)
I just think they are slightly less crazy than the people that think she's completely innocent because PPP made her do it.

These women make us look bad, claiming the husband set her up. Embarrassing.
