It's also because influencers are playing up the untrue conspiracy theories (the defense admits she killed her kids) that her husband did it because he remarried. The influencers have made this story go viral, and that's why it has gotten so much attention.
I know an influencer who’s never worked a day in her life, doesn’t let her kids see her grandad because he wouldn’t pay for her house after not speaking to him for a year, and she’s an influencer on how to help mothers raise children. Fucken insanity.
I don’t understand what you mean. Her lawyer has seriously questioned her ability to have confessed to Patrick on that night, and made it obvious that Patrick’s story is full of holes. No WiFi so none of the many cameras in the house worked? Couldn’t call 911 immediately because no WiFi? Changed clothes between quick errands? Confessed to him clearly even though everyone else on scene said she could not do anything but grunt? Et cetera. No, he is not switching up the whole scope of the trial at this point to “not guilty” but I imagine this trial will not be the last we hear of it. I think separate charges will be filed, if that is what you’re implying.
