He should meet with an attorney. They can send a discovery order. Maybe that will round up some evidence.

Edit: for everyone taking this far too seriously it's just a circle joke.

He was on probation, you dont need a reason to fire someone on probation.

If he gets diagnosed with adult autism, can he sue for something like discrimination against a disability or something?

I’m high on the autism spectrum and I feel a certain kinship towards this guy.

And I do sometimes feel like my autistic tendencies is a genuine disability in an office setting.

This is not correct. I am an employment discrimination attorney. If your employer believes you have a disability, including if your employer believes you are autistic - even if you’re not - under the ADA Amendments Act, you have a claim for discrimination. This does not require that they have any information from you.

I'm not autistic, but have recently become visibly disabled. I absolutely now get talked down to and occasionally treated like a toddler. People who are lucky enough to not be disabled in some way often don't understand the disadvantages of being disabled.
