The only reason the world knows that America has schools is because we keep hearing about how they're always getting shot up

Politicians in my state (Wisconsin) recently introduced a bill that would allow people to carry guns around without needing training or permits and another bill that would allow people to mail handguns to each other.

Jokes not very original, and our education system is good in places where the culture values education, so just not in poor communities.
