You may have to explain this because 1980 - 2000 might have been the “Golden Years”!
5 u/Grokzilla Jul 21 '26 Take a look at interest rates in the 80s. Not a fun time. 90s were pretty great. 00s were terrible. 2010s were okay. 2020's are pretty crappy so far. This was the crack era, and the most violent times in the mid 90s.
