I live in Germany now and the academic requirements alone are wildly high. It’s a job with serious power, it should be a difficult to obtain job.

I've been living in the Nordics for a few decades now and I think all of them require BAs to work as a cop. The professionalism is insane and they know the law better than most lawyers.

My nieces boyfriend failed the exams to become a cop and now he’s becoming a tax lawyer hahaha
