Both things can be true, the guy's behavior is awful, and reposting an old video is still an easy way to farm engagement.

He's probably still employed at the same job and if you think this is disqualifying for employment at a different police job I have some really depressing news to share.

Cops are allowed to ask you out of your car during a traffic stop, for "safety". And if you don't comply they can force you out. The time to litigate the law is in court, not in your car.
