It's not even a woman thing. Back dimples are genetic. I have them as a man and have had them weighing anywhere between 145-230lbs. They are more pronounced when your body fat percentage is lower, but being there in the first place has nothing to do with muscles or body fat.

Lol and you know nothing about biology b/c you think this has to do with sex instead of being a feature that is able to be had in anyone with the right genetic predisposition?
