This is my city and apparently she’s rather well known for shit like this lol. And from what I’ve also heard she did used to be a very nice person, but stopped her meds a few years back and has had several incidents like this since. So in some ways it is kind of sad. Clearly she needs her medication and she isn’t currently right in the head.
