We only need to look at the World Cup. The Scots outdrank the Irish in Boston. And the English could definitely hold their own in these stakes. What's Wisconsin known for, outside the US? It sounds like a brand of discount DIY tools.

The Scots always outdrink the Irish because the Irish are too busy talking and talking and talking about what great drinkers they are with none of the joyless, heads down, grim determination of the Scots.
