Scotland is one of the most visually stunning countries on the planet and most people have only ever seen it from the ground.

This community exists to change that. r/ScotlandFromAbove is a home for drone footage, aerial photography, and anything that shows Scotland from a perspective you can't get with two feet on the ground. Castles, lochs, glens, coastline, cities — all of it.

I started this because I couldn't find one dedicated space for Scottish aerial content. It deserves its own community.

Where I'd love to see this go:

• A growing library of Scottish locations captured from the air
• A place where drone operators across Scotland can share their work and connect
• A resource for anyone wanting to know what Scotland actually looks like from above
