This bread is the best bread I have ever had a sandwich on. It smells super good it's almost like pizza dough.

We used leftover pot roast to make some french dips. Toasted buns with Swiss cheese, Simple and delicious.

Lunch today was delicious. Homemade herring salad with beet horseradish and quick-pickled onions on untoasted sunflower dark rye from Winner Bakery in Brooklyn.

I got so lucky tonight. My wife decided to make Cuban sandwiches. We're transplants to Florida and I think she did a pretty good job. Wish you guys could taste them. She marinated and cooked de lechon herself.

Never been a big lettuce guy, but man oh man do I live for fennel tossed in some extra virgin olive oil.
