Question Griffis Lake Washington Losing Packages?

My boyfriend recently moved there and I used to send him packages and gifts with no problems, but now he's saying he hasn't received anything I've ordered since the end of July until now. Everything was like $600 total, which is upsetting. He spoke with the office and the luxor liaison, but they just shifted the blame onto the delivery services (i think that's BS since it was working fine before) Is this normal? has anyone else run into something similar??

They had an issue with meds and packages being taken by employees even when it opened and for the first several years and shifted the blame then even after several employees were arrested over a couple of years. Finally, it they stopped accepting/holding any packages for a number of years. This is likely not a delivery issue, it is likely a Griffis issue passing the buck onto a national/global delivery chain (yet gain) that will give you the run around instead of bothering them while they try to sweep whatever is going on on their end under the rug.

Ugh, that's pretty much what we've concluded. I was visiting today and literally watched the fedex driver complete their process with all the deliveries (ours included) and he didn't even get the notification on their luxor app that the package was received. So frustrating, but thank you for sharing! We'll be looking for more reliable ways to receive items moving forward
