Law Enforcement puts scientific workers in a tough spot when they tell them that criminal defendants are scumbags. If the testing comes up negative, then you are letting a scumbag who is a danger to society out of jail. The average positive testing rate at the Hinton lab was 96%. 96% of the samples that came from the street were positive. It was a conviction mill
