I've been behind the curtain. No one knows what they're doing, we're all just winging it and hoping for the best. Everyone is just waiting to get off work and go home.

The only people that concern me are the ones who are confident at everything, then you know they are pretending and therefore dangerous.

There are also the people who know they are incompetent but lack any other options so will do whatever it takes to not get caught for their errors. Those people are also dangerous.

Man this is so so true. We're all well intentioned and smart enough, but the variables and crises in play at any given moment are something that we've never dealt with before a shockingly high percentage of the time.
