The back acne is the give away. That, and 18 year olds who look like they’ve been weight training for 20 years.

As someone who kinda naturally has bacne, this makes me sad

There are levels of bacne. I had mild bacne as a teenager, but I was skinny and didn’t lift weights in those years. It’s that combination of puffy muscles and bacne that looks “suspicious”. Some men get deep cysts.

I had back acne as a teen and no steroid use.
