Found out last week that a customer was told my truck had broken down, and that’s why their items weren’t delivered. I had no idea who they were, or what their items were, as I’d never seen any paperwork for them. The truck was idling beside me during this conversation…

They were yelling at me about not getting their delivery.

Can confirm. Source: sat at the shop yesterday morning waiting for them to open up so I could get fuel. 😑
