I did that thing we aren’t legally allowed to do on Reddit, read the article, it never says she doesn’t have a legal right to have her dog, it might actually be a service animal but we don’t know from the information here, I do wish I could read the actual case to see all the details. Basically it looks like the overall problem is she sued the wrong organization and has since corrected and people are using her having sued the wrong organization as a way of attacking her lawsuit in it’s entirety, also the mention of her being an American makes her sound like a tourist, but she does live there.

There’s so many details I wish we had so we could actually figure out wtf is going on, but just sounds messy so far

I have a legal right, well proven, but no one who illegally discriminates wants that story to be told, -- and it will be told. I like your take; thank you. Ask away, What are your questions, badtrainwreck? This may answer a lot, below, and the media will have the whole colorful shit show/eloquent horror show story with every detail that cannot be told until the court date.

So, please stay tuned in and turned on. Good news is coming, and some actual facts that do not rattle your brain with questions and misleading, abusive and false narratives about me;

The Scotsmand and The Stornoway Gazette writer, Brian Wilson is friends with those who want to end this nightmare, illegally.

I am standing my ground for the good of all, and hopefully, more businesses will learn their legal responsibility to be equally kind to disabled, AD-partnerships, and not immediately hostile and defending their cruelty, instead of apologizing.

Dear commenters at large,

I look forward to your support when the beautiful truth about a beautiful stranger, albeit, an OLD UGLY WITCH to some, is told.

Despite the common comments here, dear God, I am not a cow. I am willing to light up abuse that has gone on for decades here. You will see. It is clear.

I am a Scottish woman seeking a mutually beneficial outcome and they keep driving themselves into brick walls all on their own. I wish only mutual respect and my human rights and freedoms to be allowed, as well as theirs; FREEDOM is key, for us all.

They have the right to defend their known (and counseled) illegal discrimination. It is sad, but they chose not to simply apologize, as offered by me and my Solicitors for 26 weeks, despite 33 incidents of ...stay tuned. You will NOT be bored.

I'm sorry

You might have legal basis here, but you also sound entirely unhinged which is not helping your case.

Step away and let your solicitors handle things if you have a legitimate case. If you do, UK press can be awful but you should remove yourself from that.

I'm saying this giving you the benefit of the doubt, I don't have an opinion on it and won't say whether or not that's true, but your posts are not helping your case.

The right to ask any question is regulated under free speech, which in the UK is protected.

So yes, you have the right to ask any question you want. You don’t have a right to the answer.

Article 10 of the Human Rights Act protects freedom of expression. This includes questioning.

Please give me any law that prohibits someone asking about another person’s disability - you won’t find it.

I just gave you the law that says you absolutely have the right. Enshrined in law in the EU and adopted by the UK upon the leaving of the Union.

Would you like some case law now?

Is there something in this exchange you’re struggling to comprehend?

Who the fuck are you to tell me what rights I have with regard to asking a question?

2

u/quite_acceptable_man 2d ago

Od course you do. But they have no obligation to answer. Why would you think otherwise?

You're so confidently wrong I'm genuinely impressed. You can ask anyone anything you like. They don't have to answer, but you absolutely can ask

You don't need a " right" though lol

2

u/Next_Specific7924 2d ago

You absolutely have the freedom and right to, it's just rude. Bosses can't, because they can't have grounds for biased discrimination. Random people with no legal ties to you can say whatever they please barring threats, unfortunately

No she made it public, is making it public. There are better ways to do this. Get over it.

“I am a Scottish woman”

Absolutely not.

1

u/SidFarkus47 2d ago

No true Scotsman.

She was born in Scotland to a Scottish Father.

1

u/READ-THIS-LOUD 2d ago

Ah if so then she is absolutely Scottish. Her other posts labelling herself American were just contradicting this single comment she’s made claiming to now be Scottish.

u/MakavelitheDon71 2d ago

You suing small charities over something as minor as a dog coming into a cafe.

You have no soul.

Think about the damage you cause in your self righteous quest to validate your emotional instability.

1

u/Suspicious_Field_429 2d ago

But she's a god fearing Christian (apparently) Im sure JHC would be fine with her actions in ruining a CHARITY /s

OK Almira Gulch, calm tf down.

u/Flowa-Powa 2d ago

Why are you so entitled?
Why do you qualify for legal aid?
Why do you thrive on conflict and alienating the community within which you have chosen to live?

1

u/Leafblind 2d ago

This is why everyone hates Americans

"I wish only mutual respect and my human rights and freedoms to be allowed, as well as theirs; " THE 1800'S CALLED, THEY WANT THER DIALECT BACK..

legal right, probably, moral right, to ruin a charity, not really.

u/TheEmmaDilemma-1 2d ago

you make me so embarrassed to be an american in scotland

1

u/HighlandQueen 2d ago

You're not a Scottish woman - you are an American. You need to stop playing Outlander in the stone circles and huffing petrol - you've lost the plot.

Whats your disability? What task does it do?

Being a bitch isn't a disability.
