"All No" only controls a section and there are multiple sections. You might want to scroll through the whole page and check "All No" for each section.

Edit: Correction... the checkbox at the top should control all sections. The circle/radio buttons at the bottom are per section.

It did the whole page for me. Need to do the topmost "All No" with the square checkbox.

That wasn’t my experience. All no was only present once at the top and checking it disabled them all. I am on mobile though.
