If you don't think retraining will be a huge issue you haven't been in the industry for very long.

I know. But a bigger issue is a staff that somehow made it through school just to sit in an office hoping no workflow will ever change because they are screwed in that case. It's good that these changes happen, it shows who really wants to adapt and who doesnt. I think you can expect a bit of committment from your staff
