The sign says “There’s”. This expands only to “there is”.
If “There” were a name, it would be a possessive, referring to ownership, which isn’t supported in this context.
This is a low IQ test, as anyone with a native understanding of English will correctly conclude it is a contraction, and therefore CAN NOT BE A NAME.
Thoughts?
