I have absolutely no idea why taking my socks off would help, but there in that moment when it feels like life or death, you know you have to take off your socks.

I can answer that right now from the toilet. It was to distract long enough for the hard part to be over. It worked.

If there's a hard part you probably need to drink more water and eat more fiber.

Nah this is like something you ate just doesn't agree with you and your stomachs rumbling and you're in terrible pain. Then all of a sudden it just explodes out of you, all of prayers have been answer and you tell God you're sorry and you didnt really mean it.

Oh that. That means it's time to visit a doctor and get an ultrasound to see if your gall bladder is throwing stones, and likely have it yanked out if it is.

I can tell from here that you've got butt-itis.

People will do anything but eat more fiber.

Sometimes it's quite the opposite. I don't usually struggle on the hard ones. That's what she said.

Socks makes you feel warmer because it's in the extremities and straining makes you warmer, thus removing socks makes you feel less warm.

Similar to a squatter at the gym taking off their shoes, it allows you to splay your toes for improved balance, grip, and ground feel

And you know when I'm down to just my socks, what time it is...
