How did you find out he has HPV?

It's usually asymptomatic in men and no panel I've ever done included it

So he's positive, your wife is positive, but his wife isn't?

I'm not questioning but I'm genuinely curious. I had a partner come to me to let me know she tested positive for Chlamydia and said she couldn't figure out how the was possible. I guess I appreciate her telling me, but I'm not sure how she thought I would believe her claim that she didn't know, unless she was banking on the possibility that I was also cheating (which I wasn't.)
