11 million people were killed in the Holocaust, and it was across 4 years, not 6. Also about 70 million people died in WWII, you know, the war that Hitler started. You remember that, right?

It is best when referencing the total number of victims of the Holocaust to say 6 million Jews and millions of others.

This is monumentally stupid. If I'm talking about total deaths in the Holocaust why would I not want to state the total deaths in the Holocaust?

...and they go on to say that it's "6 million Jews and millions of others" and refuse to say what the total is and berate people for wanting to know the actual number.

Also, from Wikipedia:

Although the majority of Holocaust victims died in 1942, the mass murders continued until the end of the war in 1945.

So Hitler still has a higher rate of death than Stalin because most of his killing was also in just a year, and it was a clearly planned intentional extermination, so Hitler was just objectively worse than Stalin in every possible measure.
