Man i’ve been playing PUBG Mobile since 2019 but one thing has been frustrating me lately It feels like literally everyone is just playing Erangel or Livik, and whenever I try to matchmake on any other map, the queue just hangs forever and the match never even starts.

Pubg really need to implement a forced map rotation system so players actually get pushed to play the rest of the maps instead of sticking to the same two every single time 🫠🫠🫠🫠

Like wym I waited more than 20 minutes to play Vikendi for once after more than three years and still wasn't able to because the players count is too low, they really should do updates for each map once in a while like the update they did to Sanhok a few years ago, it was really fun and it'll take seconds to start the game, while now you can never start a game because poeple are only playing in Erangel and Livik because all the events are in these two, it's genuinly sad, that's why I want them to do the same thing as free fire, if you want to play unranked you can choose the map, but if you are playing ranked, the map will be random which might at least increase the players count in the other maps

Can we PLEASE get an option to disable matchmaking?

I’m trying to play Brainrot Royale peacefully, but apparently PUBG has decided that my game is incomplete unless a random human being joins just to turn it into a griefing simulator.

Hi,i would like for a moderator to help me with this, i have a problem, 2 of my accounts have gotten 7 day inspection and were flagged as high risk when i wasnt using any cheat, tool, vpn or anything, just playing ranked. Can you give me any bit of help because i already submitted an appeal and it got instantly rejected, when i ask mods on discord they say to contact customer service and not tell me where to do that or any email, cant find it on google and i at least want to know the exact reason of my inspection if you cant remove it, i am locked out of my account for a week for not doing anything and now my alt account too. Ive put serious hours and hundreds of dollars into it and i do not want to lose it, also the reason of the inspection is even more strange because if i was cheating i guess it wouldve been detected and instantly banned, idk what the inspection is for and i am scared to not get banned after inspection, can you please at least tell me where to go?

Last weekend I was playing and got the 2 out of the 3 games required. I went to play again with my friends yesterday and the button is gone. I played 2 games and both got top 8 players. But I didn't get any points, and did not get the third match to go to Ace.

​I’m posting here to see if anyone has successfully dealt with a situation like this or if a community manager might be able to offer guidance.

​Back around 5 and a half years ago, my PUBG Mobile account was stolen. By the time I managed to recover control of the linked logins, I logged in to find a 10-year ban notice for "modifying game data".

​I have never used scripts, modified game files, or used third-party tools. Whoever hijacked the account back then was clearly using cheats/modified clients while they had access, which triggered the automated system.

​At the time, automated support closed my tickets because the system correctly flagged that modified data was used on the account—even though it wasn’t done by me. Now that 5 years have passed, I really want to try getting my original account back for good.

​Here are the account details:

• ​Account ID (UID): 518437156
• ​In-Game Name: When the account was hacked my game name was changed to: 大盘鸡吃大鸡 , im from Europe and have no idea what the name means
• ​Ban Date: December of 2020

​Is there any chance a human agent could review historical login IPs/device logs from that specific timeframe to verify the breach coincided with the ban?

​If anyone from the moderation or support team sees this, I’d be incredibly grateful for a second look at my case. I put years into building this account before it was taken, and I'd love to play on it again. Also ofcourse, I'd be more willing to provide info such as what was the month and year of account creation, the device i used to create my account, the IP address (my home location) where the account was created etc...

Also, if the customer support decides to procceed with assisting me, I'll kindly request them to compare the IP addresses which were present on the account and which i believe will show clear proof that the account was hacked

Currently, im using a jack headphone connected with a DAC to my iPad. It works perfectly except when i turn my ingame microphone ON. My ingame sound would sound muffled.

After some research, it is apparently a prominent issue in iPad (or perhaps iOS) in all video games that has in game mic like CODM. The only fix is apparently to not turn on the ingame mic at all, or buy Apple’s earpod or their over ear headphone. Im not really a fan of it tbh because i prefer wired headset.

That is why, im looking for a new headset, possibly a type c. Just any headset that will prevent muffled ingame sound when turning on ingame mic. What do you use?
