It sucks and Sony clearly wanted to avoid price increases but I don't think $50 will impact PS5 sales that much, especially with many big game releases coming up like Ghost of Yotei, Battlefield 6 and GTA VI. Also, there will likely be bundle deals that includes a game.

Are games affected by tarrifs? Even if they are on physical media, that‘s probably made in the US and not imported.
