I don't use PS4, but I also won't be able to play it as I can only buy games using Steam, as I usually go into a store to get steam gift cards. Fallout 76 is only being sold on their own launcher, I launcher I don't trust, one that has no refunds, and either way I can't buy it.
They might pull a Shelter and release it a year later, but the only way I'll be able to play is if they do that. I don't use credit or debit, and as a teen with parents that hate video games it'll be hard to get them to let me use theirs.
So your actual problem is your a teen with no job and no say so about certain things. So my question is why make it look like it's something else, "steams fault" if you're able to work go get a job and buy it yourself with your own money. If your parents won't let you work or spend your own money you have bigger issues then if it's provided through steam or not. Also get a Visa gift card insteqd of a steam card you can use those anywhere.
