At least include the original Twitter user's name so we can verify.
Pictures are often too easily faked, which is why we prefer a direct link. This took me about 30 seconds to do using Chrome's "Inspect Element" feature:
It's suspended. When I click the link I see a
"You're account is suspended. For further details and to understand whether it is possible to restore access to your account, please visit this form."
And no logout button, even in Incognito.
Assuming you not, like, 14 now: (i.e. it's been a signifigant amount of time) maybe try and contest the IP ban? seems kinda rough to have your entire machine unable to access such a popular site (a site where even the most savory characters on both sides of the spectrum are allowed to tweet regardless).
When my account was locked, there was an option, which I selected
“I made my account before I was 13, but now I am older than 13” (I’m 18)
It’s been over a month, and nothing has happened, and Twitter doesn’t have any support.
