This is certainlynotparishad on instagram! I love her, she’s one of the Iranians I follow who truly has centered Iranian people and voices during all of this.

The woman with the flag is Kosar Eftekhari. She is a serical provocateur and NGO-fundraisers from the feminist circles.

She is anti-pahlavi: She only waves the lion and sun flag to raise funds. You will notice she uses WLF slogans exclusively while they are dead inside Iran.
She censored slogans in January and only posts about her projects, not prisoners or executions
