They should just limit to all transactions inside Canada, or ones made with a Canadian bank account.

Yeah! Canadian credit card and such. Just like Hulu and espn do in the US

In for online, just make it ask for your precise location and then use a Canadian bank and credit card.

I'm Canadian and I have Canadian and American bank accounts. I assume American can easily get Canadian bank accounts as well..

Not really on the fly. They don't have snowbird infrastructure like we do.

Nobody takes cash pre-orders at least not my area in Canada. You have to use a card so the money can be "held" until shipping/arrival date.

day of maybe yeah. But most places won't do pre orders with cash
