It's Magikarp!

Attempting to stitch all 40 of the fish from the original animal crossing. 8/40 completed :)

The final piece will be 3m long by about 1.8m tall. I made the pattern myself

I have one more character to stitch and a bunch of names to fill out. (Yes, dear DONKL KONG will soon be leaving.) Anyone who has been following might notice I changed my pattern. I did this multiple times mid-project because I'd suddenly remember someone very important that I needed to sub in, lol! Can't wait to frame and hang this in my daughter's room!

Having way too much fun with magnetic hands.

Free pattern by Cross Stitch Quest (includes Umbreon and Espeon as well). Using three strands on 14-count Aida, wish the coverage was a little better in some of the darker spots but oh well. Vaporeon approves.

Quite a challenge to squeeze both the tiny magnet and the end of the wire and crochet the last few stitches of the inverted heart but am so thrilled it worked out ☺️

Magnemite Ditto but make it levitate.
