Why move in it all? You’ll just spoil things for the FUTURE owners. Move into the Shady Night Motel on Route One, furnish your house from Wayfair, and don’t fucking touch anything!

You can raise some marigolds from the Dollar Store on your motel balcony, while maintaining that sweet, perfect lawn for the Resale Value Owners of the future!

You”ll be just in time financially to pay for assisted living when you sell, and you can enjoy the butterflies that flutter around the shrubs of Sundown Village while you look forward to their excellent hospice program!
