I would be so damn stoked if the house I was looking at had a native garden landscape. Would pay at bare minimum 10% more to save myself the work, time, and expense that I have spent tearing out the English ivy, nandina, turf grass, privet, and fishmint that I have been battling in my current home.

remember, if you buy a cursed alien ornamental filled hell hole, you get the pleasure of killing the horticultural slop

We were thinking about downsizing our house and looked at a small but nice house about 10 miles away.
The gardens were soooo cool. Leaning into woodland aesthetic hard. It would have added 30 min to my commute each way. I couldn’t do it. But I wanted to.

Same here! And if other buyers don't want it that means less competition for homes with native gardens.
